Thank you for shopping with Northeast Resin! We carefully handcraft our decor, jewelry, earrings, and keychains, and we want to ensure your items reach you safely and that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Shipping Policy

Processing Your Order

Because our items are handcrafted, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be processed, prepared, and packaged before it ships. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your package is on its way.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Please include clear photos of both the damaged item and the packaging so we can address the issue with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund. Northeast Resin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.

We want you to love your handmade pieces! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• In the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and production reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Personalized or made-to-order items

• Hair barrettes and earrings (for hygiene reasons)

• Gift cards

• Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale

The Return Process

1. Initiate the Return: Contact us at marielynn9571@northeastresin.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

2. Approval: We will review your request and provide you with our Ravenna, OH return shipping address and further instructions.

3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
